To ask for a refund you must have an active transaction and provide the Transaction Number (TN). All our transactions are eligible for the 10 DAY GUARANTEE Policy, and the buyer is entitled to ask for a refund within 10-days of receiving the Vehicle. The Vehicle will be picked up from the buyer's address, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
